Objective - To increase
awareness about genetic diseases in the scientific community
by disseminating basic knowledge regarding the causation,
pathophysiology, diagnosis and prevention of genetic
diseases.
Course Structure -
Printed theory study material mailed to the
particaipants supported by web based learning (accessible
on our website) consisting of animations, videos of
practical procedures and case studies wherever relevant.
All questions can be e-mailed by the participants and
will be answered by experts in the respective domain.
Contact Session - Each
contact session will comprise lecutres on important
topics, video demonstrations of the laboratory procedures,
question and answer sessions and discussions.
Contact Sessions will be held at Mumbai, Pune, Nashik,
Aurangabad, Nagpur and Kolhapur.
Duration - 3 months
with three contact sessions, one at the end of each
month.
Eligibility - Minimum
eligibility criterion is a bachelor's degree in any
field of science. |
